"Park Police" helicopter commutes from Wilmington to DC every morning and night.
The only time we see Biden at the WH is during press conferences or holidays.

Pretty sure the lights out thing is verified here every month or so.
The usual security patrols are absent in videos from Richard Citizen Journalist and Nancy Drew.
Monkeywerx and the planefags confirmed the helicopter thing a few weeks ago, AFAIK the daily flights continue.
I watch plenty of news and haven't seen much footage of Biden at the WH. When I have, it's in the Oval Office or the Rose Garden for an event.
I can verify via friends who work for USSS that the lights "stay on all night". I have to be careful about what questions I ask...
They normally do.
But live cams show them going off every night during this administration.
