It would divulge sources and methods of intelligence agencies
It's getting harder and harder to find good crisis actors. We need to preserve that industry.
We can't trust our FBI and don't want to use their intel.
It's racist and would harm minority communities
We're in the middle of a major investigation that takes precedence over that.
