I would have to look over the regs again, but the old test I would have to do 50 push-ups and 50 sit-ups in under a minute to max out that part of the test. They have also done away with the waist measurement as a component of the score. That 19.5 minutes is for the old guys not the young ones. :)

How many sit ups and pushups required because I can walk -- very slowly -- that distance in less time judging from my GPS
