I rather give up the stupid tracking devices all together. It's just another shiney bobble to milk money out of the masses. Better idea.... Arrest the swine already! Sometimes ,..a rude Awakening is the most memorable awakening. If you dont want society to memory hole this...make the stragglers be dumbstruck with their Awakening. So they wont forget anytime soon. If you're still asleep..you've earned a rude Awakening.
