Yes indeed this was a message, a similar stage just doesn't 'collapse', there are really strict rules on the quality of the items and how build them on specific locations (ground), also sound system, lights, and other stuffs weights are taken in account really extensively, like the weather, wind, and other conditions, also counter weights and other masses are used to balance and keep everything in place
Seeing from another aerial video (this isn't really telling much), looks like is not the main stage but a portion of (external sides), and looking at how the column base 'cut' is twisted, and the torsion on the rest of the structure, would look like 'something' pushed it from the opposite side (it's not a direct cut but rather a twist + cut and the basement cut, look the two red circles) and it was undocked from the main stage
