On the Millions of dormant DOD IP Addresses that were transfered minutes before Trump left office were there ever more IT inclined folks here that dug into them?

Question is, has anyone looked to research (or able to) if the websites that popped up lately, like the McAfee countdown clock or Ingersol Lockwood pages, fall into these last-minute transfered IPs or not?

Just a thought as to confirming paytriot efforts or revealing interesting, connected efforts.
