It's also not their doing. They were tricked, let in by the capital police as shown by multiple footage. Also, the violent ones are most likely Antifa and FBI agitators framing MAGA. Notice, the violent ones have primarily not been the ones arrested.

They have to go to trial for that. The trials aren't going to happen until potentially early January. Violates their rights to a speedy trial.
