with a magnet link it's next to impossible to stop. Firstly it's a straight up text string link magnet:\blah .
Still, there is a chance when it starts that there would only be one seed, which could be targeted.
However with the size of the data, it would be a massive oversight to not have a fleet of seedboxes all around the world hidden behind networks that can easily jump IP's. If that's the case there's little chance to stop it.
Still, 31tb is an extremely large large chunk of data. 30+ times the size of the average person's storage so it would take someone months to get it. Maybe some of the top intelligence communities could get it in a week.
Not if you download it from a cloud provider (AWS/Azure/etc) and if the content is shared from a server / cluster connected on a backbone
This way you would download it in a bunch of hours, interlink and aggregation at that level is way over 100Gb/s (10Gbs at worse with standard cards)
AWS would delete that shit so fast.
I depends actually on how you do it, if you tunnel he connection via multiple hops (or do a split on multiple networks, even better ) and use encrypted disks no way the can touch it, i know the can see whatever is up there, but for tos the encryption prevent them from that legally, or better, use Alibaba or a Russian provider
