Just got discriminated against yesterday at work and walked out of training. Emailed HR as they're not on site about being singled out and asked in front of 20 other people if I got the clotshot. Got a generic, vague response of "sorry this happened, they didn't intend to embarrass you, we'll develop a more discreet way of asking your vaccination status" . Um, how about you don't create a hostile work environment? Idk what to do. 15 years here about to go down the drain. Cal-OSHA has required the company to get my status and if I refuse to answer I have to wear a mask. Idk what to do. This is bullshit!
Try the posters approach.
Consider purchasing legal insurance. Legalshield.com is an excellent choice and it's $20 per month. My spouse and I own it.
A legalshield lawyer in your locale will work on all civil cases for you free of charge up to the policy limits. Tell your business that you have an attorney on retainer and if they don't immediately cease and desist in their unconstitutional demand, you will file suit. Medical personnel in Texas won their case, filed by a class action lawfirm, once their hospital was served with the suit.
If your employer balks, have the lawyer draw up the paperwork. There is legal precedence affirming your right to remain unmasked. Also, do not allow your business to demand rapid PCR tests as they are inoculating people with the bioweap0n by this method, too.
GOOD LUCK.
Will that really hold true in Cali? Texas has some common sense to it, but Cali is straight up commie nuts.
There aren't any laws requiring healthy people to wear masks. Ergo, it's an unlawful request and one that is deleterious to one's health given that it causes metabolic acidosis which compromises immune function. It also increases bacterial and, in some cases, fungal pneumonia because with every inspiration the victim is transporting all oral fungal and bacterial organisms that are present down to the pulmonary alveoli.Research has proven that this does not occur with unrestricted breathing.
Once an attorney notifies the company that they have no legal standing to mandate mask wearing and a suit will be imminently attached, they will drop their demand like a live grenade. Bet on it.
Just got LegalShield. Thanks for that. It is $25 where I live though. Might be different depending on location.
Happy to help! Yes, some areas have better, more expensive lawyers but for $25/mo it's still worth the price.
Please keep us in the loop. Would greatly enjoy celebrating your victory with you. 🎉🎉🎉
If it applies to coronuuu then it must apply to everything. Weekly AIDs tests the whole 9 yards lol cuz its cOmmunicAble just like covid
It IS bullshit. Stand your ground. Engage in civil disobedience and politely refuse.
Continue to politely say NO. They have no right to block your face or ask about personal private health issues.
Does anyone have a copy of that letter? Don’t need any of the contact info, but the way it’s written and the other diseases it mentions and the procedures it asks for ...
This would be an incredibly useful tool to share.
It’s made up. This didn’t happen. This is in someone’s imagination as being effective. It would have just ended with them firing the guy period. It falls under
Cool story bro
And
Then everyone clapped.
Frontline Doctors will put you in contact with real lawyers that will defend your civil rights and not some entertaining tactic made up on 4 Chan.
Correct
I hate how they cropped out the date. But regardless, yes, if my employer wants information on if I'm vaxxed, it's only appropriate to ask who around me has herpies, aids, or any STD. I'm sure that's okay in the state of California since it's a crime not to tell your partner about your STD... oh wait, they decriminalized that!
LEGEND!
This has the tactic I have adopted as well just for in person conflicts.
This legal challenge is great!
Yes, it is! With a good attorney, I have felled a few powerful companies, including Experian and Comcast, spending a pittance and, at the end, getting nice judgments which my spouse and I enjoy donating to the needy. If the law is on your side and you've taken good notes, David slays Goliath every time. 😊😊😊
Awesome !
I would like to see that proof. Suspect it's an idea only formed in the mind of some basement dweller.
This is not the way private entities operate in a right to work environment. They have to right to fire an employee for no reason at all.
