Lanka's claim rests on about as firm a foundation as possible. About 5-7 years ago he challenged the global medical community to provide proof of the existence of the measles virus, and offered a $120K reward for anybody that could. Sounds like easy money as the seminal measles virus scientific study is the most studied in history and the foundational scientific resource for all of virology.
One clown tried to grab the reward, ultimately lost in appellate court. There were no other takers. Strange indeed. Seems it would be worthwhile to collect a nice chunk of change for minimal effort.
The apparent "victory" of the clown in the original court case was loudly and proudly covered in the mainstream media. The appellate court overturning the ludicrous and baseless original decision was met with silence by the mainstream media.
That should tell you all you need to know. The media never covers truth, only half-truths, lies and deception which further their owner's narratives and agendas. Germ theory is BIG BUSINESS, and effectively the basis of our mainstream medical system, make no mistake.
Dr. Lanka has since written several papers clearly demonstrating the non-existence of any and all viruses. Dr. Tom Cowan and Dr. Andrew Kaufman have reviewed hundreds of scientific papers allegedly proving the existence of various virsues in the past 18 months all resulting in the same final conclusion as Lanka has reached.
Other than ad-hominen and "appeals to authority" attacks, I've yet to see any of these doctors even remotely being debunked. It seems nobody from the mainstream medical orthodoxy wishes to debate them. And I've looked far and wide for over a year now. Even the "dirty dozen" anti-vax crowd of doctors who still support germ theory and the existence of viruses have not made any effort to prove that they're wrong.
From my POV anyway, that's always the telltale sign that the orthodox narrative is false. The alarm bells start ringing when I find any subject that is deemed "not openly debatable", or "the science is settled" which then effectively becomes taboo and outside the Overton window. If these doctors were mistaken, they would have soundly been debunked and made into a laughing stock long ago by irrefutable evidence.
Net-Net - When rational dissenting evidence and opinions are censored, silenced or ignored, you're probably on the right track....
Anyway, wasn't picking on you in any way. I've just grown tired of seeing and hearing "the virus is real" comments. For whatever reason, I feel compelled to counter such statements now with the unsettling reality that this is apparently not the case.
Fair enough.

Thanks for the info - I did not take your reply as an attack, BTW, I replied to clarify my position.
All good. Cheers.
Viruses are imaginary? Yikes, 180 degrees off course, LD!
Touche!
