I sent him a link to this site after work yesterday. This morning he tells me it’s opening up his eyes and he’s rethinking it. Talk about a win!

Great job leading your coworker to a better path! Inasmuch as some people are born leaders, sadly, some people are born followers too. If that's the case, you did your coworker a great service by showing him a better way. Maybe after reading more here, he will find his own critical thinking skills and dust them off. :) That's a great thing!
