I agree. If a candidate cheated in order to win, they should be charged and arrested and they should be stripped of office and a new election for that position ought to be held. If some low level retard on the ground decided to 'help' by shredding ballots with nobody telling him to, the election still ought to be held in order to ensure that we get a fair shake at representation, and that asshole ought to be prosecuted with no plea deals.
