I don’t think they are retracting anything, I think they are switching gears. Clearly getting set up for either another narrative or different angle of BS.

Unless this is a form of running. Running from an inevitable outcome that puts them directly in a hot seat. But if where the case they wouldn’t wait till December.

I see this as a “ great, now what are they doing”, kinda deal. It’s always something with these people.
