I have been all for Governor DeSantis. We dodged a bullet not getting a coke-addled degenerate Democrat who gets naked with call-boys in hotels. So far DeSantis has proved to be a stalwart guardian of patriotism and common sense, but now my faith in him is in doubt. I was greatly disappointed to see him urging Floridians to get the covid “vaccine.” This will be a deal-breaker for me if he continues to push the issue, I don’t care how patriotic he is or how fiercely he fights against socialism.
I’ll give him a little time to come to better wisdom because he might be completely unaware of the huge number of deaths from these Mengele jabs. He might not know about the suffering of thousands already crippled for life by horrific side effects. Insulation from his advisors might even have prevented him from knowing that the shots do nothing at all to stop the infection in the first place. I don’t know how any of those things is possible for the governor of a state, but time will tell whether he is an honest man who truly fights for Floridians, or someone who will ultimately cave to the left at the expense of hard-working people. What politicians say means nothing to me. I watch what they do over time, and that shows me the truth.
I’m willing to bear with mistakes because we all make them, but I will tell you this: if he ever advocates vaccine passports or some kind of covid “papers” in order to live and do business, his political career will be over. The people of Florida will land on him like a sumo wrestler, and he should not presume he would ever be forgiven for that. We are done with the liars, control freaks, and turncoats.
Political sentiment is changing, and that’s a fact. Thinking people in this country are increasingly no longer loyal to politicians or parties. They are loyal to God, to the United States, and to the Constitution that guarantees our liberty, and they want the truth. Once they fix the voting system the Democrats broke, politicians who won’t defend those things with their actions will be out on their bums faster than you can say “kickbacks.”
I’m a Floridian. I’m not getting the jab. Over my dead body. However, I have tried to think this through logically.
Can he NOT encourage it? What would people say if he came out and boldly said “Uh, from what we know now, we advise you not to get it-you could suffer severe side effects and/or die?” With millions of elderly in the state, many of them in retirement and nursing homes, what would that do? All those people in Florida who’ve gotten the jab (god I hate that word) would lose their minds. I have no idea how many people have actually had both doses in Florida, I’ll just guess-40%? And what does that say about DJT?
It’s a no win situation, I think. If he had said, don’t get it and a lot of elderly and infirm died from “covid” (manipulated, inflated data) then what? Does he think it’s a bioweapon and may eventually be worse? Do we really know if it’s fake or a real, lab created virus? Is it just a regular corona virus and they’ve manipulated the tests? Does anyone know for sure? At any rate, it’s all very muddy waters.
I often wonder if DJT knew it was a bio weapon, fast tracked the vax hoping to lessen the deaths or he knows they have more/something worse in store for us? We don’t know the answer to that question. I’ve had this weighing heavily on my mind. Is something worse coming?
Delta variant is pure political horseshit but I’m just on the fence very much about DeSantis. I thought he should have stood up at the beginning instead of keeping things shut down for so very long. Like the gyms. I used to write him multiple times a week, pleading with him that gyms needed to open for everyone’s mental and physical health. I know so many vets who absolutely need to work out due to physical and mental health disabilities, not to mention everyone else who suffer from health probs and obesity and that businesses need to be open, that it wasn’t fair to pick and choose which businesses were “essential.” I’m grateful we didn’t get the cokehead dem, things could be a lot worse. But I’m not sure if DeSantis is off track completely.
Sorry long winded but you have very valid questions. What he needs to do is a town hall type thing down here.
I get long winded, too, so no worries there. I wonder about some of these things, too, but I don't think we can hope to get everything we want, even from a good politician. There's just too much mud in the halls of government to trudge through, and even a good man can make mistakes he regrets. I can't imagine how "Game of Thrones" it must be sometimes. Trump certainly knows about that.
We might as well admit that there's a massive infiltration of people who do the will of evil people at the top who pull the strings. It's at every level of our institutions, entrenched and well-funded. I just heard about how a patient who is a physician was treated in a local hospital when he stuck up for a covid patient whose pneumonia the nurses and doctors were ignoring. They treated him horribly, and he got out of there after they put him in restraints and laughed at him. This is a hospital neglecting a patient and persecuting a doctor who is just calling attention to a life-threatening situation. That was the hospital where I got treated for a heart attack, but after hearing this, I will never go back there. I'll just walk it off. The people who run that hospital have ties to everyone of consequence in this county and to every institution that runs it. The place is a money factory for the well-connected.
This is the type of thing we are up against, and it is what even the governor of a state is up against when he won't play by the establishment rules. Sometimes we have to take what we can get. Not passively but with lawful applied pressure. I bet thousands of others were writing letters to DeSantis when you were. Think of what happened to Trump. Sure he keeps his promises to us, but he had to fight to do it every step of the way. It's amazing he was able to accomplish what he did, and it tells me God was with him, no matter what the woke might think.
Take heart, my friend. Sure, we have questions, but I think they will be answered. In the meantime we can do what we can to apply pressure, expose the scumbags, and support good people who want to change things. Others are working, too, doing things we cannot be told until those things are done, and it was never going to be anything but messy before it's all over.
Whoo! I almost got out of breath on that one. Don't have quite the wind I used to have, but I made a good effort. Take care.
I have to say, thanks for this comment! I appreciate your thoughts!
