Except in other rallies he motioned from top of the head to just below neck line, as he said I’m pretty sure it’s not Joe. The length of a full silicone mask. He has also done it for Nancy.

I analyzed a high res picture of Joe in a news article a couple weeks ago and I’m 99% sure it was a mask. Seams and makeup around eyelids and ears.
