I believe they were referring to hydroxychloroquine at the time, which some person thought he drank because that was, or something very close to it, was listed as an ingredient in his fish cleaner product. I think he died as a result of drinking it--they really pushed the death on Trump or tried to make it stick as if he was responsible.
