Social justice wokeness? Check.

A lack of third party content and relying mostly on their in-house productions that have a lot of woke content? Check.

Cancelling the projects that people really like because the interest wasn't there right at release?

Check.

Raising the prices whilst using the other reasons as an excuse? Check.
