the flood gates of 3 dams were opened between 1am and 2am, and the public was notified at 9:30 in the morning, intentionally trapping people in rush hour traffic.

There was also a report via ntd china that it looked like several of the dead pulled from the subways had their coronas removed [i.e organs harvested].
