This might seem absurd to some or goofy at least, but consider this:

We are currently at a point where we really need to be emphasizing things like logic in our educations. So little kids definitely should be reading things like this to get them geared for thinking about things rationally and logically (a skill that is unfortunately increasing in premium of late)
