I was reading that article also and was trying to find additional reporting backing it up. The only thing I found was:

which you need to subscribe to to read the entire article, but no need. The first couple paragraphs said that none of the COVID positive patients had received two doses of vaccine. The article is from July 11 so almost a couple weeks outdated. I did respond to thegatewaypundit asking if they have any articles released by the government to backup what the video was claiming.
