This morning my brother passed away. One of the most humble, genuine hearts and best brother, friend anyone could have known.
RIP Carl! You were one of the good ones!
That's because everyone here knows it is the fault of the false shepherds.
Being a sheep who "was just following orders" does not absolve someone of accountability for their actions.
AGREE, you're sackofwisdom for a reason. Being a sheep is no excuse
They're deceived and trust their "elected leaders" to only do what's best "for the greater good" and do no harm. Not everyone is blessed with skepticism and a natural distrust for positions of authority that we have.
So true. This is where being betrayed by those you trusted really can wind up saving your life later on. Healthy skepticism doesn’t usually arrive in a vacuum.
He killed himself out of ignorance. He wasn't a prison guard at Auschwitz.
He is the nurse who doesn't allow a father see his child born in the hospital.
He's the grocery clerk who refuses to sell food to someone who isn't masked.
He's the airport security who makes sure you have a vaccine passport to board a plane.
Same shit.
Nah. Getting poked by the needle isn't the same. Those are acts of aggression. The jab is an act of submission. Yes, it's another brick in the wall, but it's not the same as refusing me service.
Jeremiah, that's a pretty harsh statement. He always tried to do what was best for others. Listening to 'supposed professionals', he thought the vax was the right thing to do and never questioned it. As time goes on and testimonials surface about the good, the bad, and the ugly regarding the vax, more and more will understand although it might be too late. Truthfully, I feel the Holy Spirit has allowed me to see the Truth and am saddened I wasn't able to convince my own family.
I think what I said came across more harshly than I intended.
Sackofwisdom's comment referred to the Nazi prison guards who used the fact they were "just following orders" as a defense for slaughtering innocents. At least, that's where that excuse famously came from. My intent was to defend your brother, who only physically harmed himself out of ignorance.
I apologize for the tone of my words, and my condolences.
