Maybe in the past, never saw them, or maybe i never payed attention, but can ensure you they have black and yellow strips / red-orangish and yellow strips, i used to travel there often and in different places both for work and personal stuffs (have some family there), thu gotta say, yellow were the strips, the part going over the should here i don't know, maybe it's new

Also the police if you look the back it's like the gendarmerie one, what i didn't understand it's the white helmet, maybe brigade CO

And you can clearly hear the language, it's pure French

Can't be Belgium either, as they have full yellow uniforms
