Not going to share where I live since I'm paranoid about that, but recently I've seen a number of tractor trailers carrying odd things in my small middle of nowhere town. Everything from water trucks, like what you apparently saw, to trucks carrying those black plastic FEMA coffins. I've also noticed a lot of trains carrying unmarked cars, which is SUPER weird. I don't think I've ever seen a clean train car until recently. They ALWAYS either have branding or graffiti on them. They were closed off too, so you couldn't see what was in them.
Just a lot of weird crap going on lately and it all points to something big happening soon.
