Hard to tell whats going on with the military from a snapshot in Michigan. Grayling, Michigan has a huge National Guard base where all the NG from Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky train every summer. Go to a bar in Grayling June thru August and it will be full of uniforms.
