Yeah I get that, hence why I said it would be good if someone could clarify. Obviously if there are moves being made against corruption I'm all for it.

Haven't found who's talking yet but it's pretty clear by the way he speaks he's had some form of police disciplinary training, maybe ex military ex police ect.

So far seems like it's just a recruitment video for police and giving them resources, also yet to find a date of when this is from, (only 2 copies of it online with this title both posted in the last 16 hours)
