DEFINE "bodies of dead children"???

Are we talking about dead bodies that clearly drown in the water/flooding and they've only been dead for a few hours to a day at most...

OR!!! are we talking about dead bodies that are decayed and rotten like from a massive grave that flooded in some lunatics back yard???
