Have you tried North or South Carolina? Dont know their rules since they change daily. I'd consider camping because I love it, in the outdoors alone without masks.

We vacationed in Gulf Shores AL last Labor Day and plan to go again this Labor Day. The state had a mask mandate but Gulf Shores didn't. North Georgia is very unmasked and there are LOTS of beautiful places to see. You could try Hilton Head or Tybee Island if you are set on the beach...but I don't know what the mask situation is.
