Response from Freedom Phone...but not much of one.

My initial email to them went as follows:
If you want people to buy your phone, you should answer at least some basic questions and actually answer your chat feature. I sat here for over an hour and a half and nobody ever answered me. So far I'm not impressed, and there's no way I'd spend $500 of my hard earned money on your phone, no matter what it does, if this is the level of service (or lack thereof) I can expect.
I pasted a picture of their chat feature which showed me waiting for so long with no response.
But in the end, the email with the actual questions I asked never got answered, the same questions on their chat feature never got answered, and their email response never answered any real questions about their product either.
So make of this what you will, I stated previously that if I ever got a response from them, I'd provide an update.
Freedom Scam Phone
It may be. I'm not saying for sure either way, but I find it highly suspect that a company trying to sell a product refuses to answer such basic questions about said product.
The only way you are going to have Freedom to talk to other people is face to face.
If you want a smart phone without bloatware then buy an android, root it and install a rom without all the garbage. That's more or less what this company did. Some androids labeled world phones also come bloat free.
I have 3 samsung note 8s rooted/debloated (paid in full) on total wireless. Total wireless mostly uses Verizon network. Cost $90 a month (total all 3) for unlimited talk and text with 60 gb of data.
Might want to check out US Mobile if you are pleased with Verizon. I was a VZW user since the beginning and tolerated price increases due significantly better coverage. USM exactly the same.
Thanks for the tip! Yeah I don't mean to beat a dead horse but I did tell someone if I ever got a response from these clowns, I would post an update.
Where is Total Wireless based out of? Is that nationwide, or does it just serve a specific area?
Also you seem pretty knowledgeable (and I'm definitely not) - I have the original LG Stylo - can that be rooted? It's so old, and it now tells me the internal storage is full but I have no idea why - I don't use any apps except I have the Brave browser and protonmail app, but other than that it's all just what was already in it when I bought it, and I've disabled all google features.
"Track me harder, daddy" but grift while you do it.
That's the worst communication in business history
