OP, what makes you believe that "the ball" might be rolling on this?

Do you have additional information based evidence that something is underway to make this happen.

This is not a Gotcha question. I am really interested to know why you might think this is not just a standalone meme someone created to express a point that actually has nothing to do with larger happenings.
