Payday is coming up on Friday for me.

I'm about to restock all of my dried goods for this winter. I live way off the grid, so basically all I eat is rehydrated beans, rehydrated vegetables, rice, and meat. The food keeps for years though. Well, perhaps not the meat. That can get freezer burned if you leave it for too long, but its good up to at least a year for most meats, longer for others.

I don't have to restock now. I've still got a few months of food left, but I don't want to be left high and dry in the middle of the cyber shut down.
