A while back, I asked in a discussion somewhere if different concoctions are being used for different countries and demographics. One response I got was this:

To be honest I know many people who got the Sinopharm jab. 99%reported ZERO side effects, not even fevery it worked like a normal vaccine for them and none of them caught covid since the vaccination. One person I know reported chest pain and is currently seing a cardiologist. My.GP told me that the less side effects close to zero are reported from those who received Sinopharm. Also they have antibodies as it was checked in the lab so it is NOT true that you don t develop antibodies after this vaccine. Of course, Pfizer is running its evil plan in my country together with Moderna and AZ which make a large number of people sick with serious syptoms... "
