Most Agencies provide riot gear to Officers.

Notable exceptions are some auxiliary formations. Such as the Arizona Rangers. Where members need to provide their own equipment and training.

Pretty much everything they are wearing I can buy at my local surplus store. Minus maybe the DHS patch and the riot shield. Cant find any of those anywhere.
