While the two are certainly contradictory, they are without a doubt interrelated.
It is because the vaccines are ineffective that they are being mandated. The vaccine companies know that once the recall is enacted for these vaccines, their flow of money will cease. Hence, they must payoff governments to enact mandates in order to further their profit margin. It is a race against time for them.
