Audit results, Lindell’s results, 1/6 investigation and debt ceiling all next month. Border invasion, cyber hacks, censorship, shortages, crime waves, laws not enforced, patriots are extremists, DOJ corruption, China influence, and mandatory vaccines. All these and more are reaching breaking point. What will be the last straw?

Ask your lawyer friends what happens when the Insurrection Act is invoked. A whole new set of rules.
Also, here’s a mechanism that happened for a lower state election: https://www.baltimoresun.com/news/bs-xpm-1994-02-20-1994051024-story.html
Precedents do happen in the SC from time to time.
It's possible Q+ signed it...no one will ever know. He told the public to leave peacefully three times publicly. I think this is a requirement for the insurrection act.
Also devolution.
No reason to reverse election results if Q+ was already the clear winner. Just need to remove the current administration.
Yes there is a process to the insurrection act. Yes I have researched this topic. Have you?
I didn't say it was secret document. I also didn't say he signed it. I said it was POSSIBLE he signed it.
The insurrection act of 1807 could have been signed since the insurrection was caused by Antifa and BLM (dressed as trump supporters) on the January 6th false flag. Antifa and BLM would be the "unlawful obstruction" in [§ 252].
Trump then made the public proclamation via Titter and TV for the insurgents to go home. [§ 254].
In the end, insurrection act would be moot since the Presidency was stolen by foreign powers (Election interference executive order from 2018). Biden is an occupying power and not the elected sovereign power.
Moving on.
What specific steps are required? When COULD it have been enacted?

The poster above addressed some of these points. It may have also been enacted here: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donald_Trump_photo_op_at_St._John%27s_Church
Despite the article stressing that it was only discussed, read the following:
6:23 p.m.: Park Police make the first of three announcements directing protesters to leave. The announcement[a] is largely unintelligible even to protesters at the front of the crowd.[75] Two additional announcements were made at 6:26 p.m. and 6:28 p.m.[18]
