New video from Project Veritas. At around 22 minutes, the woman talks about how she received two letters from DHS. One stated that she must be allowed to purchase gas. The other said that she was essential to restoring communications. I don't recall these details from her first Project Veritas videos.
It sounds to me like something either was or is planned to prevent sale of gasoline, and this seems to correlate to a shutdown of communications.
Sorry if this is old news, because these details are brand new to me.

My husband received those when lockdowns first went into effect - for just in case - he never needed to use them despite driving across several states for work.
There were letters at my work too, but not from DHS, and not ones that said the bearer must be allowed to buy gas.
My husband's were and did - I was so taken aback I took screenshots and shared with another awake friend who owns own business
