I’m sorry, but as much as I detest Biden and the Dems, because they lie, chest, steal and are all about power and money for themselves, the populous be damned, I still think we should show our condemnation in more appropriate ways than throwing the finger. I don’t see Biden as President, but likewise neither did the Dems see Trump as President.

This is where the no compromising begins. Right here. We cannot let them slide. The difference is, they were wrong. Trump was the legitimate President. Biden is not. Just because they believed so wrongfully, doesn't mean they are excused because we rightfully reject Biden.

And to your first point, no, discourse is over. The enemy either surrenders or things go hot.
