Legal battle =/= truth coming out, all a legal battle will do is force the state to announce that they officially recognize the election invalid because of fraud. And again, legal battle =/= action, because odds are overwhelming people will start stepping in and forcing action as audits are completed and the truth of fraud is revealed.
