They are a union they are ALWAYS bargaining for something. The part people don't see with public employee unions - the local leadership is almost always dominated by members that aspire to be in the very administrative/supervisory positions that they are supposed to be negotiating the will of the members with. In reality, the non- leadership union members can be pretty base, just naive to the fact their leadership is actually doing the bidding of the swamp creatures further up the food chain. The forced vax issue is a perfect opportunity to bring their base to our side of the fight.
