According to the included news report, she was not charged with anything yet. There is apparently no indictment as the headline states. Search warrants were executed on her home and business this morning as a part of an ongoing investigation into possible (probable) corruption on Stapleton's part. I do look forward to seeing her actually indicted in the future though - hopefully (she is a Dem)...?
