I wrote about fluoride in the water back in college. I could only find two books about it and I was shocked at how no one really knew what it did! I didn’t see any reason why it was added and the medical community was silent on this. I was partially red pilled at this time but just didn’t know where the majority of our government stood, with us or against us.
I was actually thinking of just using non-fluoride tooth paste but not sure 🤔. What are your thoughts on this?
Yea, I was so naïve before I started the fluoride research. After getting into the research, I was stupefied as to why it continued to happen if there is so much evidence to see that it is a harmful chemical. It was then I started to realize what is being done for "our benefit" might be a dog whistle for saying "their benefit".
There is no way to eliminate their toxic fingers in everything we do, but start with things you have some measure of control. Fluoride is in EVERYTHING so there is no complete removal, but eliminating it from things you can control is the right direction. Fluoride free toothpaste, water, etc are ways to take some control over how you are poisoned. I will try to find the website I used to find out what types of bottled water have fluoride in them (some do), its been so long ago. Definitely try going down that rabbit hole and it will lead to you good resources.
Get yourself a water filter that removes all heavy metals and chemical additives. Waterdrop is a good brand and affordable. I bought two of their under sink filters and have seen a significant difference in my overall health. Skin, hair, sleep have all improved.
