The Cruise programming seems more along the lines of ‘powerful elites & perverted secret society crazies with weird sci-fi social controls dressed up to look pro-American and wholesome’. In no way did I intend to suggesting it resembled Gibson’s output which really is uplifting and mostly patriotic messaging as the OP and the rest of the thread implies (especially the films he directed and produced himself which are some of his best).
