I am not saying if this is true, but one thing I am sure of - A free and unrestrained Biden would not have been unleashed as the President (even if just for optics) no matter what.
Whoever is playing the part of the President is fully under the White Hats' control, without a doubt. Maybe Hunter has played a part in this. Who knows.
How the White Hats are achieving this - I don't know. Are they using an actor with a mask? I dont know. But they are managing it somehow. How much do the Black Hats know? Do they know Biden is "compromised" ? Perhaps when they fully realise Biden is compromised, will they try to invoke the 25th? Is that why there has been chatter in main stream about his mental health?
When they get rid of him, who will they bring in as new VP? Will it be Killary? Will that be when the credits start rolling? I don't know.
