This!! Moves and counter moves.... Asymmetrical warfare. Sometimes you have to make a tough choice to save as many people as possible. Think of the alternative. Think of the optics. Trump forced the DS to rely on vaccines they hadn't finished trials or proper paperwork on yet, and now they have to backtrack their whole narrative. Making the DS look even more sus as fuck
