Well, in his or her defense, his/her practice could have seen that many patients. He/she may be medical director. Just sayin’ I find it plausible. I agree it’s a sham.

"Today I saw 160 patients." is the qualifying statement meaning that person say's that's how many they saw. There are no practices in Urgent Care and most of the people seeing patients are APN's or NP's not actual physicians. And yes it's all a sham.
Believe it or not. It’s true.
I’m not a doctor, nurse, or anything but I have been in offices where they load up the rooms and the doctor sees many patients almost simultaneously. They go from room to room, empty them, fill them. Plus a lot of the time the nurse does most of it, so the doctor doesn’t have to stay long.
