Start with giving them this letter.
Once given to them, if you are fired, smile at the money they are going to lose in a civil lawsuit to you.
Smart employers will pass this letter to their legal council, and when their council informs them of the multitude of laws they will be violating by forcing the "vaccine", they should quickly back down.
This has been a concern of many people I know in the military that are concerned about being forced to take this experimental vaccine. Some are over halfway thru reaching retirement and now don't know what to do. They don't want to get out of the military because they love their job, and they certainly don't want to lose retirement benefits. They've sacrificed so much in order to have more security for themselves and their families...and now that's all in jeopardy. I feel this is a huge crossroads for how this will affect military members and their numbers (if people refuse and get out).
