Oxidative stress is what causes most of our diseases. Oxidative stress in simple terms is when the cell wall breaks down and allows calcium to enter the cell. This cell wall break down will stop the cell from functioning properly and the cell dies. The spike proteins cause oxidative stress on all the cells of your cardiovascular system and your organs.
One of the best antioxidants there is, Vitamin C. I use Vitamin C ascorbate, it comes in a powdered form which is 1000 mg per 1/4 teaspoon and it can be added to smoothies. I usually take 2000 mg daily and NO, I did not take the vaccine.
You have to be careful because vitamin C can cause gastrointestinal upset. You want to find out what your body will tolerate before it causes diarrhea, everyone is different. So you need to increase your vitamin C intake to "bowel tolerance" following this method. This is only for people who have taken the vaccine. The rest of us, a couple thousand mg per day is adequate.
Vitamin C, start at 5000 mg per day for one week. You want to try to get to 10,000 mg per day.
So, (week 1) 5000 mg per day. If your body is tolerating this (week 2) increase to 6000 mg per day, (week 3) increase to 7000 mg per day, (week 4) increase to 8000 mg per day, (week 5) increase to 9000 mg per day, (week 6) increase to 10,000 mg per day. At any time during this gradual increase you get diarrhea, back off to the amount you were taking the week prior.
Like I said, your goal is trying to get to 10,000 mg per day. If you develop diarrhea at 8000 mg, back off to 7000 mg. Take 7000 mg for a month or so and then try increasing it to 8000 mg. If you find your body will only tolerate 7000 mg, thats ok. What we are doing is trying to pinpoint what your body will tolerate. Also, you will need to take this amount for the rest of your life.
The other 2 nutrients to help maintain cell wall integrity are:
Magnesium, citrate or chloride, 500 mg per day
Selenium, 200 micograms (mcg)
Also remember that Zinc will stop viral replication. If you feel like you are getting sick, start taking zinc. You should be supplementing with it maybe 1-2 times per week, don't take it every day for a long period of time. Taking to much zinc can have a opposite effect on your immune system if you take too much.
Also vitamin D3, take 10,000 IU per day. Vitamin D2 in the manmade version of vitamin D and your body does not utilize it properly. Use vitamin D3, it usually comes in a soft gel form.
Astragalus and elderberry are 2 other supplements that help boost the immune system. Camu camu is another supplement I take that has 800% of the RDA of Vitamin C per serving. These all come in powders and can be added to smoothies.
Mushroom powders are good for boosting the immune system also.
Flax seed is good for brain health.
Celery powder is a good detoxifier.
Turmeric with a pinch of black pepper is good for reducing inflammation.
Cayenne pepper powder is good for reducing cholesterol.
Collagen powders can prevent wrinkles but it can also prevent aneurisms.
Do your research, the answers to staying healthy are out there, vaccines are not the answer.
Stay safe my frens!!!

I just looked it up, you are right, I didn't know that. It has more phytoestrogen than soy beans. It say if you have a normal testosterone level there are no worries but if you are older with falling testosterone levels you should avoid them. Thanks for the heads up.
No worries. I'm actually a dietician so i have more advice too.
Zinc is much more effective with an ionophore such as egcg (green tea) or quercetin.
k2 should be taken with d3 to prevent calcification.
Cholesterol in general isnt really a problem, its actually inflammation and when they get too small.
Turmeric modulates inflammation by actually causing inflammation, making the body get used to its hormetic effect. Exogenous hormetic stress is likely more dangerous than endogenous sources like cold showers and fasting.
Sleep & stress will effect your immune system 10x as much as using any herbal remedies.
Let me know if you have any other questions! =)
