I was reading some stuff by some people who call themselves Constitutionalists and one thing they made very plain, was that any citizen can begin the process by starting with an affidavit. In said affidavit, the citizen uses the truth, the Constitution and the actual law (only those that are legitimate according to National Constitutional standards) and they basically state their case for how the person 'vacated their office' by breaking their oath. As part of this affidavit, they require the person that they send it to 'rebut' it within 30 days and the wording in the affidavit itself says, if they don't rebut the claims made, then they are admitting to them and the affidavit would be upheld by any court. It was very interesting and they supposedly have won hundreds of cases this way (they are not attorneys, just informed citizens.)
