I don't know if Abbott will get elected again but I definitely want a more conservative governor. I like Allen West on the surface but idk.

Abbot will mostly likely win in the primary, but not by as much as before. He really took a hit on the mask mandate. However, many friends and family (all diehard conservatives who vote in both primary and statewide) are coming around. They like Allen West a lot, but he does run into the headwind of not quite being seen as a "Texan". I know that'll tick some off, but a lot of Texans will still choose someone who feels like one of us.
It wasn't just fraud, Ted Cruz did suffer from some of that when he took on Beto. Beto did much better in several rock red conservative counties. Those places don't have the city fraud, yet Beto performed much better than any democrats in years.
Even though Beto was a complete loser, Cruz is still seen as an outsider.
Ultimately Trump and Texans dislike of DC (and Beto foolishly accepting Hollywood money) was enough to push Cruz to victory and overcome the fraud in the cities. Rural vote still has massive pull in Texas.
The rural vote beat dims massive mail-in fraud in 2020 (No, Biden did not get anywhere near 5 million votes in Texas, but Trump really did get a mind-blowing 6 million votes in Texas).
