No direct knowledge of the spike proteins and intracerebral hemorrhage (as no one is revealing any data) however from what we know of brain bleeds:

there are many reports of elevated blood pressure after the jabs, which may cause intracerebral hemorrhage, especially in people with pre-existing high blood pressure;
people may have bleeding into ischemic strokes;
people may develop a bleeding disorder (low platelets, clotting factors being used up) which can also lead to brain bleeds.
