One of the plaintiffs, Dr. Mary Talley Bowden, was forced to resign from Houston Methodist hospital system due to Dr. Bowden's expressing her personal opinions on treating COVID, including using Ivermectin as safe and effective.
Now maybe she can sue the hospital system....

The measures taken for the Fake Epidemic (the WuFlu /COVID) were draconian in the Philippines.
Since the country is made of hundreds of islands, interisland travel was not allowed. Travel to and from the country was drastically restricted. Anyone arriving from overseas was automatically quarantined for more than a week with mandatory nasal swab testing until COVId negative.
With that stranglehold by the Philippine government and their Department of Health on even freedom of movement it was difficult to avoid receiving the Death Shots.
This catastrophe is all on the national and local governments and the Department of Health. That should be next phase of the investigation - who got payouts / bribes.
